How to track my order?

Failed delivery policy
If the initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, for example due to an incorrect address, the order will be returned to us. To have your order re-delivered, a re-delivery fee will be applied. Once we receive the payment, we will ship your order out again within 48-72 hours.
We deliver from Monday to Friday 7:30am – 7:30pm (not including Bank Holidays).
Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or if we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
