What is your returns policy?
When you buy something from us, we hope you love it. However, should you change your mind we’ll be happy to offer you a refund within 28 days.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Your item must be unopened and include the original product packaging. We cannot process a refund, replacement, or exchange if your item is unable to be resold.
Be sure to return your items in their original condition and well protected along with your order details and reason for return. This right of exchange or return is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer, which is unaffected. If goods are returned damaged, you may be liable for a damage charge.
For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, cosmetics and socks if the original packaging has been removed.
Sale items purchased online can be fully refunded by post within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items returned will be refunded for the amount paid.

DPD shop returns
Simply call our head office on 01935 811970 or email us at mail@milliemae.com to arrange for a DPD Shop Return at a cost of only £7.99 per parcel. This service is only available in mainland UK.

We recommend that you return goods by registered post through your local post office – such as Royal Mail’s Recorded Signed For Delivery, gaining a proof of postage, as we will not be liable for items lost in transit on their way back to us without proof of postage.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds will be made against the original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of your returned items for your refund to be processed.
It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Our delivery charges are non-refundable, and Millie Mae is not responsible for delivery fees or lost returns.
Can I exchange an item?
Should you wish to exchange an item, please email mail@milliemae.com or call our office on 01935 811970 within 28 days from the date of purchase and we will be happy to assist you.
How do I return an order paid with PayPal?
When returning items purchased through PayPal, items must be returned via post to our warehouse in order to receive a refund to your PayPal account.
Can I withdraw from my order under EU consumer law?
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked. To exercise this right, simply complete the form at the bottom of this page with your details and order information and we'll take care of the rest. Once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation by email, and we'll be in touch within a few days to arrange your return and refund.
