Ordering

How do I place an order?

You can order online or by calling our customer service on 01935 811970

What payment method can I use?

We accept most major credit/debit cards including Visa and MasterCard. We also accept PayPal payments.

Can I add items to my order?

We start working on your order as soon as it has been placed. If you would like to make any changes, please email mail@milliemae.com as soon as possible.

My order is a gift. Can you remove price stickers and invoices?

There are no prices on the products and there are no invoices with prices sent in the order.

Do you re-stock sold out items?

If an item sells out, please email mail@milliemae.com as we may be able to locate stock for you or visit our stores in Sherborne, Sidmouth or Wells.  

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

How do I return / exchange an item?

We offer returns within 28 days; please visit our Returns page for more information.

I haven’t received a refund for my return?

It can take 2-5 working days for your order to arrive back to us. Depending on your bank or payment method it can take a further 3 – 5 working days for the return to be credited to your account. 

What are your delivery rates?
